Be on the lookout at your local Target for these Huggies diapers on clearance! At my store, they were stickered at $9.98, but the Slip-ons rang up at $6.99 and the Overnights at $5.99!
Want to make it even sweeter? Head over to the Target coupon site and print off a $2.50 any Huggies Diaper coupon AND a $1 Huggies Diaper Target exclusive coupon to save an additional $2.50 per pack! You are allowed to print 2 coupons off each computer.
But WAIT - there's more! Head over to snapsaves and upload your receipt to save an additional $1 off the Overnights and $2 off the Slip-ons! You'll want to do separate transactions as snapsaves will only credit you with one purchase per receipt (so even if you buy 4 packs of Slip-ons in one transaction, snapsaves will only give you $2 - but if you do four different transactions, you'll get $8) - seems time consuming, but this week's receipt coupon is $1.50 off Black Diamond cheese, so you get an extra $6 back AND four of those sweet coupons!
So all together:
Slip-ons $6.99 - $2.50 manufacturer coupon - $1 Target coupon - $2 Snapsaves = $1.49!!!!
Overnights $5.99 - $2.50 manufacturer coupon - $1 Target coupon - $1 Snapsaves = $1.49!!!!

What is Swagbucks? Swagbucks is an awesome site that lets you earn points which you can use to redeem for giftcards or various merchandise. I typically redeem for amazon.ca giftcodes (you only need 450 swagbucks, which takes about a week to earn). I usually make about $5 a week, by just watching videos and completing searches!
The amazon codes you can redeem for are simply a alphanumerical code and many people will trade coupons for the codes (expect about $50 in coupons in exchange for a $5 code) - certainly a good way to get your hands on some much wanted coupons

A great way to double up or simply increase your savings is through the use of mobile apps!
A number of people who have a passing curiosity in my couponing, often tell me that they are uncomfortable using coupons. Often it is because the feel it is too time consuming, or they are afraid of having the coupons be rejected by the cashier and being embarrassed.
Coupon apps are great for such people, as no one has to know what you're doing and there's no holding up lines!
For people like me who simply make the time and have no problem educating cashiers on their store's policy, apps are a great way to add even more savings! This is because you can often double up on coupons and app redemptions (always double check the fine print though)!

Earn an extra $12000 by December 31 2014– NOT ON TRACK– Outside of regular income, we brought in an extra $212.64. Very disappointing, considering how much we've been spending. I'm really going to have to step it up in this are this month.
Start a daycare in September 2014–ON TRACK– Basement renovation is almost complete – we just have to do some painting and then decorating and organizing! Advertising has started and website is a go! Now to get some kids!
Read a book a month by December 2014– ON TRACK– I finished Forgotten by Catherine McKenzie – a nice light read that tries to be much more profound than it actually is.
Finish the basement by August 2014–ON TRACK– Pretty much finished! All the construction is finished, and now we are just painting the doors and trim!
Plant a fruit/vegetable garden in spring 2014–NOT ON TRACK– Garden looks like a no go this year :(
My review for this month really echoes those of the last few - the basement renovations are key to opening my business in the fall and they are almost done. The business is also really coming together nicely and I should be able to actively advertise and interview prospect families by in the next week or two. However, the chaos has led to a lot of stress eating, anxiety and a definite bank account drain. I'm really looking forward to the end of construction and getting my life back!
I'm so happy you stopped by my site, and you will be too!
